At the Entrance (II) to the Fortress, we ended up coming down a different way than we started, looping back toward Kotor through one of the lesser-used gates. Just before passing through, we hid one last penguin stone, a quiet little finale to the climb. This entrance is part of the extensive defensive system that protected the city for centuries, with layers of walls and gates designed to slow down invaders and control access, showing just how strategic and well-fortified Kotor once was.
