At the Harbor Viewpoint in Dubrovnik, we paused to take in one of the best views over the Old Port, where the red rooftops, stone walls, and anchored boats all come together in that classic Dubrovnik scene. The harbor has been the city’s lifeline for centuries, once serving as the main gateway for trade and maritime defense during the Republic of Ragusa, which is why the entire area still feels so historically alive today.
As we continued waddling toward Ploče Gate, we also hid a penguin stone in the stone wall, leaving a small hidden mark as we moved on through the city.
