The stairs down to Kravica Waterfalls are part of the final approach to the falls, with around 150 steps leading you from the parking area down into the lush valley below. As you descend, the sound of rushing water grows louder, and the first glimpses of the turquoise cascades appear through the trees. The Trebižat River forms Kravica itself and is one of the most powerful and scenic waterfall systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially during the spring when water levels are at their highest.
On the way back up, we also hid a penguin stone along the stairs, leaving a small surprise hidden in the path to the falls.
