The Bachledka Treetop Trail, located in the heart of the Pieniny National Park in Slovakia, is a remarkable attraction offering visitors a unique perspective of the region’s natural beauty. A gentle climb will safely take you up to 24 meters from the ground, meaning you can waddle on top of the trees. The trail consists of a wooden pathway built high among the treetops, which ends on a tree tower. The view you get from up there is truly amazing, offering breathtaking views of the Belianske Tatras, Pieniny, and the surrounding countryside. A fun feature is a 67-meter (220-foot) long slide that provides an exciting way to descend from the observation tower, though it is not always opened. Once down, you can explore the area, grab a bite at the restaurant, or take a picture in the photo frame, where you will also find the penguin stone hidden.
