Close to Tomb 2 at the Tombs of the Kings in Paphos, Cyprus, the area is dotted with the impressive rock-cut burial chambers that give the site its name. This spot offers a quiet corner to admire the scale and craftsmanship of the tombs, with their carved entrances and Doric-style columns hinting at the status of those buried here. The surrounding stones and rocky terrain make it feel like a little secret waiting to be explored. And, of course, among these stones, we’ve hidden a penguin stone, adding a playful surprise for anyone wandering nearby.
