The Temple of Seti I in Abydos is one of Egypt’s most beautifully preserved ancient sanctuaries, built in the 13th century BC by Pharaoh Seti I and later completed by his son Ramesses II. Its walls are covered in remarkably detailed reliefs, and one of its most fascinating features is the famous Abydos King List, a carved chronological list of pharaohs that helped historians piece together ancient Egyptian history. Not far away, the vast Karnak Temple Complex in Luxor stands as one of the largest religious sites ever constructed, developed over more than 2,000 years. The Hypostyle Hall alone contains 134 massive columns, some reaching over 20 meters high, creating a stone forest that still leaves visitors speechless. Among these timeless carvings and towering pillars, a small modern secret now rests. avi_and_iva & evulienka1965 hid one of the penguin stones here, quietly blending a touch of playful adventure with the grandeur of ancient Egypt.
