Kúpele Lúčky lie tucked in a mountain valley beneath the slopes of Choč, situated right between the Orava and Liptov regions, at an elevation of 621 meters above sea level. This spa resort provides a peaceful escape for those seeking respite from the chaos of everyday life. Known for its specialized treatments, the facility focuses on women’s health, oncology, musculoskeletal issues, metabolic disorders, and non-tuberculous respiratory illnesses. The main spa building, Choč, is surrounded by a beautifully maintained park dotted with stone sculptures, adding a touch of art and calm to the natural setting. On their journey, our friends @avi_and_iva and @evulienka1965 brought a penguin stone along. They left it behind as a little surprise for future waddlers, adding a bit of penguin magic to this serene Slovak retreat.
