Merlion Park in Singapore is one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, known for its stunning waterfront views and, of course, the majestic Merlion statue, a mythical creature with the head of a lion and the body of a fish. Many come here daily to snap selfies with the statue, watch boats glide through Marina Bay, and soak in the skyline. But what most people don’t know is that something much smaller and way more mysterious is also tucked away here. It was a tricky mission as the park is kept incredibly clean, with no random clutter or hidden spots to stash things. Even the plants are in replaceable pots or carefully tiled around — nothing left to chance. Dropping anything that looks out of place is considered littering and could get you in real trouble. But Prabha Karan did not give up and found the one spot with real soil to hide a penguin stone here. Throwing it in the bay was the only other option 😅, but that’s a major no-go. So that’s where the stone lives now — stealth mode activated!
