Our hike to Kallur Lighthouse in Trøllanes was one of the highlights of our Faroe Islands trip. The trail led us past the famous James Bond tombstone before continuing toward the lighthouse perched dramatically on the cliff edge, with sweeping views of the ocean and neighboring islands. Somewhere between these two landmarks, we came across a perfect rock where we decided to pause, sip our coffee, and soak in the silence of the landscape. It felt like our own little corner of the world, so we left a penguin stone hidden beneath the rock, waiting for the next curious hiker to discover.
