Skeppsholmen is one of many of Stockholm’s islands in central Stockholm and offers a tranquil escape amidst the city’s bustle. Home to museums like the Moderna Museet and ArkDes, it’s a cultural hub showcasing modern art and architecture. An interesting fact about Skeppsholmen is that it was used as a naval base. Until the 1960s, the Swedish Navy had a significant presence there, contributing to the island’s unique character and preserved historical structures. We took a morning waddle to the small island and hid the stone in what looks like a tunnel entrance.
