At 5 Fingers in Austria, one of the most dramatic viewpoints in the Dachstein region, you stand on five narrow platforms extending over a sheer cliff at about 2,000 meters above sea level, with views dropping hundreds of meters straight down into the valley and across the alpine lakes and peaks. Each “finger” offers a different angle of the surrounding mountains, making it one of the most photographed viewpoints in the Alps. It’s also known for its glass floor section, which adds an extra thrill when looking directly into the depth below. At the top, Lucia and Rosh also hid a small penguin stone underneath a rock, leaving it as a hidden surprise for anyone exploring this breathtaking spot.
