At Vorderer Gosausee, part of the stunning Gosausee lake system in Austria, the water is known for its striking turquoise color and crystal-clear reflections of the Dachstein mountains on calm days. It’s one of the most photographed alpine lakes in the region, especially when the peaks mirror perfectly on the surface, creating a dramatic postcard-like view. While exploring here, Lucia and Rosh also hid a small penguin stone on their hike underneath a rock, leaving it as a quiet little surprise for anyone wandering along this beautiful mountain lake.
