The Clock Tower, known locally as Zvonik, stands on Adamiceva ulica in Piran and is one of the town’s most recognizable landmarks. Built in the 15th century, it was inspired by St. Mark’s Campanile in Venice, a reminder of Piran’s long Venetian past and its deep connection to the Adriatic world. From its base, you can feel the quiet rhythm of the old town, where narrow streets, salt-trade history, and sea air blend into one. On this adventure, archie.dodo.baldwin carried a penguin stone all the way here and hid it near the tower, making this the second penguin stone in Piran. A small, playful mark left in a place shaped by centuries of history, waiting for the next curious explorer to find it.
