Hangar-7 in Salzburg is a futuristic glass-and-steel home to a rare collection of historic aircraft, Formula 1 cars, and cutting-edge flying machines owned by Red Bull. The building itself is an architectural wonder: its curved dome is made from more than 1,700 glass panels, creating a shimmering effect that changes with the light throughout the day. An interesting fact is that the hangar’s shape was inspired by a wing in motion, designed to echo the elegance and engineering of flight. And for anyone visiting with a sharp eye, there’s now a tiny penguin stone close by, where the parking is. Look for a tree, and there you find it.
