Seoul Forest is one of the city’s most peaceful green escapes. In this place, locals come to slow down, breathe in the fresh air, and waddle through quiet woodlands, art installations, and deer enclosures. An interesting fact: this entire area used to be a royal hunting ground during the Joseon Dynasty before it transformed into the modern eco-park we know today. As we strolled through the forest paths, we left behind one of our penguin stones, now hiding somewhere among the trees, and it’s not the only one. Seoul Forest has secretly become home to more than one little penguin guardian, waiting for curious visitors to find them.
