The Namsan Northern Forest Train is one of the most charming ways to reach the top or go down, like we did, of Namsan, offering a slow, scenic way through one of Seoul’s prettiest green spaces. It’s a newer route down or up the mountain and involves a lot of stairs. We descended it in the evening, when it was already dark, and it was magically lit, looking like a dragon from the top. And almost at the end, or ot the start if you go up, we hid a penguin stone underneath a rock.
