The Prague Metronome is a 75-foot-tall functioning metronome in Letná Park. It overlooks the Vltava River and the city center of Prague. The kinetic sculpture was erected in 1991 on the plinth left vacant by the late-1962 demolition of an enormous monument to former Soviet leader Joseph Stalin. The area surrounding it is now a paradise for skateboarders, but it is also worth waddling up and enjoying the nice views of Prague from up there. The penguin stone is close to the metronome, but you have to waddle towards the lake and find the one tree where it is hidden. Funny story: we were looking for a perfect spot when it fell into the tree, and we left it there. So you might not be able to fish it out, but it waits there to be discovered.
