Bled Lake is located in the Julian Alps of the Upper Carniolan region of northwestern Slovenia, approximately 55 kilometers northwest of Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. The lake is about 2.12 kilometers long, 1.38 kilometers wide, and has a maximum depth of 29.5 meters. Its total surface area is 1.45 square kilometers. The lake is a hub for various recreational activities, including swimming, rowing, fishing, and hiking. There is a 6-kilometer path around the lake that is ideal for waddling or cycling. Thanks to luciakontsek and loborosh, now you can find a penguin stone here, as they took it on their adventure. The stone has a superb location, looking at the lake, castle, and church. Note, it is forbidden to walk on grass, but the only chance to find the stone now is to take a risk of getting a 200€ fine 😅.
