Łapszanka is a picturesque village in southern Poland, located in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, close to the border with Slovakia. It is renowned for its stunning panoramic views of the Tatra Mountains as the village is at an elevation that provides visitors with breathtaking vistas of the High Tatras and the Bielskie Tatras. The village has a rich agricultural heritage, with traditional farming practices still in use. The village has a unique position; it is near Tatra National Park and Pieniny National Park. We waddled here while on a weekend getaway in a village nearby called Osturna. We waddled to Łapszanka, but a summer storm caught us, so we had to rush back. But a penguin stone was placed into the small white chapel.
