Vlkolínec is a picturesque village in the mountains of northern Slovakia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its well-preserved traditional architecture. This tiny, secluded settlement is one of the best examples of an authentic Carpathian mountain village, with over 40 wooden houses still in their original form from the 18th century. Waddling through its streets feels like stepping back in time, with the charm of the village enhanced by its surrounding natural beauty. As we explored the village, we came across a beautiful church with a cemetery next to it. We decided to hide a stone in the cemetery walls.
